Hi there,

We’re always looking forward to working with enthusiastic restaurants and wholesalers. We offer a premium product where you deal directly with the farmer – it doesn’t mean it’ll be bargin basement prices, but it means it keeps everything local, ethical and keeps our food options wide and varied.

Sizes

If you don’t know much about pastured chicken then we suggest a read of this information first.

Some things you should know about our chicken:

Sizes can and occassionaly vary – it sucks, but it’s the way nature works when you take out:

  • sheds
  • climate control
  • artificial lighting
  • antibiotics
  • and throw in some interesting weather patterns.

We do everything we can to get you what you want in terms of size, but sometimes it just is what it is.

If you have a standing weekly or fortnightly order of roughly the same size, pay your bills on time and are a joy to work with, then we do absolutely everything we can to make sure your order is filled above all else – even if that means losing money on retail sales – it’s the nature of the beast, but we love our restaurants and wholesalers and know the importance of consistency in your premium segment of the market.

Delivery

We currently delivery around Maleny/Montville down through to Beerwah and on down to Fortitude Valley, Brisbane CBD and Southbank every week on a Tuesday (chickens processed Monday).

Orders for < 10 chickens or less (one-off or standing)

incur a $5 delivery fee in our local area around Maleny/Beerwah/Peachester/Montville.

incur a $15 delivery fee to Fortitude Valley, Brisbane City or Southbank.

 

Orders for 10+ chickens (one-off)

delivery free in our local area around Maleny/Beerwah/Peachester/Montville.

incur a $10 delivery fee to Fortitude Valley, Brisbane City or Southbank.

 

Orders for 10+ chickens (on a standing weekly/fortnightly basis)

delivery free in our local area around Maleny/Beerwah/Peachester/Montville.

Ideally you sit somewhere on this delivery path, or you’re happy to pick up from the farm – but if not just call us to figure out if we can make something work.

We work with many 2 and 3 hatted restaurants in our region and understand the importance of quality, consistency and communication. We pride ourselves on all three things. We even go above and beyond – providing our customers with many of the other wonderful products our farm produces seasonally:

  • Seasonal fruit bags
